A demonstration video, or demo, is a recording that shows a product or service in real use. Unlike a brochure or a presentation, it doesn't just tell you what it does: it shows you step by step, with the screens and actions as the person using it would see them.
It serves one very specific purpose: so you can judge with your own eyes whether a system suits you before committing time or money. Seeing how many steps an action takes, what the screen looks like or how an everyday case is solved says more than a list of features.
A demo doesn't replace trying the system with your own products, but it's the most comfortable first step: you watch it in a few minutes, when it suits you and without anyone calling afterwards. If after watching you want to see more, we'll show you with your own case.
